A native of Richmond, Virginia, Lane has always obsessed over the small stuff (in a good way!). She gains energy from helping clients uncover and capitalize on the important details which lead to professional success. Lane has spent the last 27 years analyzing details in her roles as an equity analyst, development fundraising coordinator, business development manager and community volunteer.

Lane earned her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond and received her BA in History from the University of Virginia.

What did you do prior to joining the Pruitt Resources Team?

Over the past 25 years, I’ve enjoyed a variety of career paths that have allowed me to utilize my passion for details, working with people, and conducting research in different ways. I worked in the equity markets for over a decade. Then I worked in development for several years. Most recently, I was a consultant helping clients in various industries discover process efficiencies.

What do you most enjoy about your job?

Marketing is all about discovering the best ways to connect with specific groups effectively. This combines all of my passions in one – details, people, and research! I adore the fact that every day is different, that our work helps others attain success, and that the entire Pruitt Resources’ team has fun working together!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy exercising, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering.
