Sallie Pruitt
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Sallie began her career in marketing by working for Colliers International in Atlanta. She later joined Retail Insight as a Tenant Representative Broker and handled the marketing for Regional and National Retailers throughout Georgia.
In 2010, she moved to Virginia with her family and was named the IT and Marketing Director for CCA Financial. Sallie joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2016 as the Director of Marketing and founded Pruitt Resources, where she serves as founder and CEO.

Hugh Antrim
Hugh Antrim is a graphic designer with over 14 years of experience helping brands grow with impactful print and digital designs. Hugh worked for over five years as the in-house Graphic Designer and Art Director for Collared Greens and spent the prior six years at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in the same role. Hugh graduated with a BA in Studio Art from the University of the South (Sewanee) and has a Digital Design certificate from the Art Institute of Charlotte.

Logan Brown
An explorer at heart, Logan has lived in a variety of places from Virginia to Southern California, and currently resides in Alabama. As a freshman at the University of Alabama, she is studying Marketing and is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. Her goal is to gain insight into real marketing challenges and grow her creativity. She has a passion for art and design, and enjoys traveling and spending time by the beach in her free time.

Betsy Carney
Having worked in the interior design world for twenty years, Betsy’s expertise comes in the form of a keen and experienced decorative eye. Through styling photography and video shoots, decorating retail and professional spaces, and collaborating on special events, she helps Pruitt Resources create an aesthetic both authentic and singular to their clients’ needs. Betsy brings to her work a unique perspective garnered from having lived in a handful of states across the country as well as the good fortune to travel aboard often. Betsy and her family are happy to call Richmond, Virginia home.

Colleen Carter
Colleen began her marketing career at Davenport & Company in 2006. She assisted the firm with their corporate marketing efforts and helped individual financial advisors achieve their personalized marketing objectives. After seven years with the firm, she left to raise her young children. Colleen assists our clients at Pruitt Resources as a Marketing Manager helping clients execute their marketing goals. Colleen graduated from the University of Virginia in 2005 with a BA in History.

Charli studies Public Relations at James Madison University. She is enthusiastic about learning more about digital marketing strategies and growing her creativity. She is excited to study abroad in Spain to pursue a minor in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach with friends and family.

Catherine Crosby
Catherine is a Richmond, Virginia native who loves all things strategy and design. With over 15 years of graphic design, e-commerce and marketing experience, she has worked on national and global accounts for JCPenny, Bed Bath Beyond, Suntrust and Snapple as well as for local brands like Innsbrook and Marva Marble. A VCU graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design, Catherine brings a deep understanding of UX/UI to any design challenge and uses strategic thinking to help her clients achieve their goals. Her agency and corporate background make her a great asset to our clients and team.

Linné Diiorio
Linné is a voiceover artist, marketing consultant, public speaker, and skilled facilitator. In her home studio, she records commercials, podcast intros/outros, video narrations, and menus for on-hold telephone systems. As a voice actor, she pulls from her seasoned career in event planning, destination marketing, and venue sales to deliver powerful scripts and a strong brand voice for her clients. She is sought out for copywriting, scriptwriting, branding, and social media content creation. Her career has allowed her to work with international, national, and statewide associations, non-profits, and corporations of all sizes. Her keen ability to listen and collaborate with current and potential clients allows her to build strong relationships. While studying Media Arts & Design at James Madison University, Linné met her husband and they are raising their two children in Midlothian, Virginia.

Carrie Johnson
Carrie is a Richmond, Virginia native with a strong background in customer success and relationship-building. With nearly 10 years of experience assisting customers to put their best foot forward, Carrie excels as a marketing associate at Pruitt Resources with her tech-savvy background and deep understanding of clients’ needs. After taking a few years off to raise her small children, Carrie brings her skillset to Pruitt Resources. Carrie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.

Samantha is a recent graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a concentration in social media and analytics. Her passion for marketing is derived from the ability to keep learning as trends arise and fade. With every new trend she is granted the opportunity to grow and change with it. Samantha’s goal is to implement creativity and strategy into everyday marketing practices to help clients reach their full potential. She loves to travel, explore new places with her dogs, and spend time with her family.

Richard MacDonald
With over 22 years of experience in aerial photography, aerial video, and commercial photography, Richard leads the pack by setting the standards and using state-of-the-art equipment, computers, and photo editing software.
Richard is an Emmy award-winning cinematographer, with his work being recognized globally. In 2015, he was the Aerial Director of Photography and handled all the aerial video strategy and filming for the UCI Road World Championships held in Richmond, Virginia. The LIVE race was broadcast from a helicopter and was watched by 300 million viewers around the world. He took home an Emmy for Cinematographer and Aerial Cinematography for the work he did for the short film; The Boy and the Bucket: A Fable in 2017.
In 2021 he won his 2nd Emmy for Aerial Cinematography on another short film; Chesapeake Beacons.

Heather McElhaney
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Heather started her marketing career with HBO in New York City. She spent the majority of her career in marketing and management within the financial services sector. Before taking time off to raise two daughters, Heather was a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo Advisors. She is thrilled to rejoin the workforce with Pruitt Resources, where she will capitalize on eight years of marketing and project management for non-profits in various volunteer roles and board positions.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Haley Nolde
Through content writing and communications consulting, Haley helps our clients say just what they want to say. She creates web content using clear, compelling language that goes beyond SEO, capturing each company’s voice and culture. In addition, she helps hone clients’ messaging through marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, and internal and external communications.
Haley holds a Master’s of Journalism from UC Berkeley and a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia. She has worked as a newspaper reporter, magazine writer, co-author, communications consultant, and content writer for businesses, universities, and non-profits.

Lane Sanderson
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Lane has always obsessed over the small stuff (in a good way!). She gains energy from helping clients uncover and capitalize on the important details which lead to professional success. Lane has spent the last 27 years analyzing details in her roles as an equity analyst, development fundraising coordinator, business development manager and community volunteer.
Lane earned her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond and received her BA in History from the University of Virginia.
